Through specialized processing, discarded fragments of Nishijin-ori fabric—once woven for Kyoto’s opulent obi sashes—are encased in transparent glass, ensuring that no two pieces are ever identical.

This dignified design features floral forms radiating geometrically from the center, evoking both ceremony and symmetry. As the name kenjō (offering) suggests, the motif represents the act of presenting flowers with reverence and respect.

While vibrant in color, the pattern maintains a composed harmony, balancing ornamental richness with spiritual stillness. It is a design of high formality and elegance—perfectly suited for moments of ritual, celebration, and refined appreciation.
